At Bold Cottage, every wallpaper roll is created just for you — printed to order, carefully checked, and securely packaged before it begins its journey to your home. We partner with trusted UK couriers to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

Packaging & Care

Your wallpaper is printed—typically within 2–3 working days, checked, and rolled with protective wrap before being placed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box. This ensures your order arrives in pristine condition, ready to hang.

Delivery Times & Locations

We currently deliver across the UK only.
Typical delivery times from dispatch:

England, Scotland & Wales (mainland): 3–5 working days
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands: 5–7 working days
Please note: Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (under 2 kg)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days (most arrive next day, though rare delays may stretch to 7 working days)
- Includes Northern Ireland—no customs or extra charges under the Windsor Framework

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and wallpaper type. For large orders, shipping may be free — this will be clearly shown before payment.

Standard UK delivery (under £150): £5.99 flat rate
Free UK delivery on orders £150 or more
Sample shipping: £2.95 flat rate, regardless of quantity (Please note: sample orders are limited of 5 per order to keep this service fair and sustainable.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Can I return my wallpaper?

Because each Bold Cottage wallpaper is made to order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If there’s an issue with your order — such as a print error, defect, or quality concern — please contact us and we’ll put it right.

We can make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of your order being placed. After this time, production begins and changes may no longer be possible.

If your wallpaper arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution promptly.
