At Bold Cottage, every wallpaper roll is lovingly printed just for you — made to order, made to cherish. Because each order is custom-printed, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or mis-measure.

We know buying wallpaper online is a big, exciting decision! That’s why we do everything we can to help you order with confidence. Please double-check your wall measurements, review the pattern scale guide, and order a sample first if you’d like to see colours in your own light.

If Something’s Not Right

We stand by our quality. If your wallpaper arrives with a printing flaw or damage, we promise to make it right. Simply let us know within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our production partner to replace any rolls with genuine print faults or shipping damage, at no extra cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

Every Bold Cottage wallpaper is printed just for you. That means we can only accept cancellations within 30 minutes of your order.

After this time, your wallpaper enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@boldcottage.com with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
